HRC will keep the status quo intact and combined with the GOP Senate a very middling moderate SCOTUS candidate will get Scalia's seat. I think people are okay with the status quo for the most part. Except the radicals like the Berners and the Trump thumpers.

With Trump winning + GOP Senate and House + GOP 5-4 SCOTUS (potentially 6-3 if RBG retires) well I think a lot of moderates are going to vote HRC because they're scared of that. They might have a hard time getting rid of gay marriage, but Roe v. Wade is in play again. Also, a constitutional amendment to disallow voting under 25 for those not in the military, which has been discussed for a long time among many Republicans.
