Hall!
I'm sorry but that team is becoming Blazers East wouldn't want either of my son's drafted by them not saying I wouldnot be grateful but injuries follow their stars hopefully Lillard and Simmons break (ha!) That trend ..
Simmons ain't complaining. Dude has that complacent vibe, like he really couldn't care less as long as he got his money, and I'm talking even before the injury.

You can train them and condition though. That's what the medical staff is for.
Damn I swear to god I was going to start an injury thread a week ago asking when Ben Simmons will have a season ending injury and give a over/under.
Embiid, Jabari Parker, Randle, now Simmons. Guys are juicing and their muscles are trying harder than they should.

33lbs of muscle? In what time frame did he gain that? If it's in a short amount of time since he's been drafted, is that possible without some form of help?

Yeah, I woulda stayed in college rather than get drafted by either the 6ers or the tlongII's. Dame might be breaking the curse though (pun intended) :lol

well that's a bit vague isn't it... Short term, sure. But there are many factors that you can influence on the long term.

no, it's not possible even with help. 33lbs of muscle is outrageous. Weight? sure.. but pure muscle? Get the hell outta here..

That old boy got tiny hands? He's using his forearm to help control the ball...

Regardless of whether or not it caused the injury, i don't see how putting on that much muscle so quickly helps you.

Honestly, I don't either. But... he's a kid, I guess making his own decisions and he thought this would be a great idea.

I doubt it was him, it was most likely a training staff idea.

That's truly disappointing, since they are the professionals and you should be able to trust them, but adding that much weight, even if it's "healthy" weight so quickly just sounds wrong.
Borderline moronic. I would have questioned them...

How tf could you put on 30 lbs of muscle in months without it being a dirty bulk? (I.E. end up looking like Boris Diaw). Even with PED's 30 lbs of mostly muscle in months seems just ridiculous.

He's prone because of injury

You can't pack on all that extra muscle,
and expect no consequences.

I agree agent shouldn't drive this...but Philly gonna suck he probably can't win ROTY they should take their time...make sure he is 100% and then not play him until he is in shape.
