I was fortunate to see the spurs train today! :)
Unfortunatley, it was from the VIP room but thankfully what a wonderful view!
I had no idea how rigorously they trained.. it was amazing
Even Poppovich was there training along with them for most of the time
It was really awesome
I took so many pictures that my chip is full and my battery is dead
I wasnt able to get any autographs coz they really weren't signing but I did get some close pix of some of them...
Hopefully I can load up soon enough even though most of them won't be too clear and get ready for tomorrow's scrimmage!:)

When I'm back home in St. Maarten I'll post more details:)

Oh and I did get a pic or two of Rasho for you Angel_Luv.. just not too sure how clear they were

Priceless moment of the day: Tony Parker staring right into my camera :angel

I can't wait to hear your take on the practice. Especially the new guys and whether they looked like they were fitting in or having trouble. I look forward to the pictures too. :king

It's beautiful.

And if it was just about a half inch shorter, it wouldn't blow the margins on the page.

Okay, back to the topic at hand.

lilmads, I'm so excited for you. I knew you were really pumped about going today. Today wasn't the scrimmage for the public was it? I thought that was on Friday.

edit: Okay, I understand you got to see the private practice today AND you are going to the scrimmage tomorrow.

Have fun!

Rasho's in the middle so other coaches know where to find him!

Heh, that wasnt done on purpose - trust me ;) I was going to put it Starting 5 to the left, then second unit, then the last 3 ... but i figured - id just have to change the graphics if/when the lineup changes... so i just put it by jersey number left to right.

Great sig.

Question. Were you trying to put the pictures in numeric order? Or was it coincidence?

Kori Ellis
10-06-2005, 11:00 PM
He said they were in numerical order. But they aren't -- Timmy is out of place.

That's why I asked whether he tried putting them in order and goofed or it was a really amazing coincidence because Tim and Nick were out of place. I was looking at the players and notice they were in numeric order, and as I was counting higher it went 20, 31, 21. My face kinda became dumbfounded.

Bond, where did you get the pictures of the spurs in their jersey's?

DieMrBond
10-06-2005, 11:16 PM
Well, it was meant to be in numerical order - but i goofed it somehow... *shrugs* Corrected it (again).

I got them from the image links someone posted in the media day topic.

According to me, it's just half of the spurs playing against the other half. I heard they were supposed to play VI team but they aren't.
