I know a lot of fans still love Cur, because he played for a Spurs' championship team. He's a treacherous little fuck, who happened to be able to shoot 3-pointers. I feel sorry for Artest. He's not very smart, and he has a lot of baggage. But you're right, he wasn't a wannabe tough guy. Yeah...that shit was fun. I remember the Lakers - Rockets (or was it Rockets - Celtics) back in the late 80's and it seemed like there was a fight every game. In fairness to today's players, the NBA doesn't go for that anymore. Fake tough guys is exactly what they want.
