How did SAEN left out Tony Parker from their SPURS Nation Book Cover?

Forgive me, but I am still intrigued about how the famously and classy San Antonio Express News were able to look past our future HoF point guard Tony Parker from the cover of their most recent book Major Moments in San Antonio Basketball. I mean, even Vinny del Negro made the cover :wow

Does anyone know what really happened?

Perhaps because of his plumpness there was no space for him on the cover??

Does Parker and SAEN have any beef?
