Forget SA. Austin has Reds Indoor Range. They do everything from the class to the fingerprints and even mail it in for you (did back then, not sure now). If you go to a quick and cheap class, you'll be driving all over the city getting photos, fingerprints and everything else you need just to build the portfolio. It was about 7am till about 10pm as I recall. The refresher is faster and these days I don't have to do anything.
