It's actually really solid. Not as good as The New Order, but then again that's probably my favorite SP FPS ever. Definitely good/great, although I don't know if I'd recommend picking it up for the SP alone unless you got it on sale.

Hell no. Building a new PC now actually -- albeit taking my time to find decent deals.

Just pointing out that the game is selling well. 12-15k players on over the weekend concurrently on PC. And with no fractured pay-to-play DLC, it will keep the playerbase together.

Probably the most satisfying multiplayer FPS in the past 10 years for me. And that's with Tone being slightly OP right now. Once they nerf it... hoo boy this game is going to be on the verge of perfection.

In seriousness though, I watched some videos on TF2 and the game looks pretty sick tbh.. The gunplay and everything looks solid.. Didn't see any of the mech stuff though. Now that I've upgraded my GPU I will be getting a couple new games, but I think I would go BF1 over TF2 at this point.

In seriousness though, I watched some videos on TF2 and the game looks pretty sick tbh.. The gunplay and everything looks solid.. Didn't see any of the mech stuff though. Now that I've upgraded my GPU I will be getting a couple new games, but I think I would go BF1 over TF2 at this point.

BF1 is also pretty awesome. Probably the best atmosphere I've ever played in an FPS. The fog of war, spray of debris, and general gunplay is fucking ridiculously awesome.

That said, I still prefer Titanfall. It handles better, and is generally more dynamic. The verticality and system of movement gives it a massive skill ceiling and makes it really satisfying to find routes through maps where you barely touch the ground. With BF, I'd say in some maps 20% of my deaths are because I spawned near an enemy tank or took 5 steps and got hit by a mortar. That is easily the most frustrating part about the game to me.

In TF, I almost never feel like my deaths are circumstantial. Almost always because I ran out into a hot zone or didn't peek a corner with a titan standing there.
