VA reports liberal areas last.
Silver:
Virginia: Clinton almost certainly must win this state (https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/election-update-the-top-must-win-states-for-trump-and-clinton/) to win the presidency. So it’ll be interesting to see how the race is characterized when the polls close. “Too early to call” is better than “too close to call” for Clinton, although the networks may be cautious about Virginia even though Clinton is favored (http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-election-forecast/virginia/) and go with the latter designation. Clinton’s strongest areas (https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/virginia-politics/clinton-leads-trump-in-virginia-in-new-washington-post-poll-propelled-by-voter-rich-northern-virginia/2016/10/31/1e560cce-9f9c-11e6-8832-23a007c77bb4_story.html) are in the northern part of the state, around Washington, D.C., and they tend to report their votes last (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWReOoKBWDc&t=155m1s). As a result, Trump may lead by a wide margin early. In 2014, Democratic Sen. Mark Warner trailed by 6 percentage points with 34 percent of precincts reporting. He ended up by winning by a point.

Florida college students denied right to vote after officials call their dorm a ‘hotel’
Students at Florida Atlantic University were turned away at the polls on Tuesday after voting officials told them their dorm did not count as their residence.
they were given a hard time by officials and handed provisional ballots with no gurantee their votes would be counted.
A representative from the Palm Beach County’s Supervisor of Elections Office said that the students did have some irregularities with the place of address, but was unaware that dorms weren’t considered residences.

It’s possible that Clinton will win Ohio while losing Florida, which might seem like a huge surprise given the narrative of the race, but the fact is that the two states weren’t polling all that far apart. Clinton trailed Trump in Ohio by only 1.9 points in our pre-election forecast and led him in Florida by only 0.6 points.

Here’s a potential sign of a shift: Barack Obama won the township of Bradley, Maine — in the largely rural, 2nd Congressional District — by 12 points in 2012. Trump just won it by 10 points tonight. Maine splits its electoral votes by congressional district, so more results like that would put Trump on his way to winning one electoral vote there.

Maybe not, but to get a scope on Broward only, 16% of the votes are reported right now, and that adds up to a little over 600,000 votes.
So there's a lot of thousands of votes left there. The question is how much is Shillary underperfoming elsewhere in the state.

If my math is right, Clinton is up by 250K in Broward county with only 16% of that county in. That means with 100% of the vote, if that holds, she'd win by over a million votes there. That should be more than enough to offset the deficit.
