No you little piss colored slope, I said DB would be playing Chinaball in a few years when upstairs was sucking his ballsack after his stat padding chaotic outings.

Of course people fail to realize that the monkey king is a powerful fictional character with amazing supernatural abilitities in Chinese more and the term is nothing racial. But then Americans love to force their own standards on to the entire world

:lol did he really?

He got sued by a local jeweler for not being able to pay for a shitload of diamonds he bought his rookie year when he was on a $700k contract. What kind of fucking retard buys diamonds? They're not rare and have a high price only because of the DeBeers cartel. LOL once he goes broke and sees what he can sell that bullshit back for. :lol

Shit, I remembered it wrong. He owed $53,000 to a San Antonio jeweler. Who knows how much he bought and actually paid for.

Spurs center DeJuan Blair has agreed to pay back more than $53,000 he owes a local jeweler who let him take merchandise on credit three years ago, lawyers for both sides said.

“Mr. Blair thought this was being handled,” his attorney Alex Nava said. “It kind of fell through the cracks and when he got wind of it he took appropriate actions to take care of the matter as quickly as possible.”

Blair didn't respond to the lawsuit at all; he also failed to show up in court earlier this month. At that point, the judge ruled in favor of the store.

The agreement was reached on April 17, the day Blair was scheduled for a deposition.

“It ain't nothing,” Blair said to an Express-News reporter this month before the Spurs played the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center on Wednesday. “It's something that's been handled.

Neither side's attorneys released details about the settlement.

“It requires some steps in the future, but we do have an agreement to resolve the matter,” Nava said.

Rivercenter Jewelers filed the lawsuit in October. The store owner said in an affidavit that Blair failed to pay for various items he chose during eight visits between March 10, 2010, and April 10, 2010.

One visit topped $11,000 and included a $4,000 diamond watch and $3,000 diamond ring, according to the receipts filed with the lawsuit.

On another visit, Blair picked out more than $12,000 worth of merchandise, including what might be a watch but was described only as a “men's Gucci with Dia” for $5,946, according to the documents. In all, he owed a total of $53,032.26.

Elliott Cappuccio, the attorney representing the jewelry store owner, said they were contacted by an attorney for Blair after the Express-News wrote about the lawsuit.

Blair, who turned 24 Monday, first signed with the Spurs in 2009 and by the time his contract expires he will have earned $3.808 million over four years.

The name is a coincidence, the joke (imo) was that he was playing chinese ball already.

It is funny though that guys can play for a team with that name but get offended if the year of the monkey is put on shirts.

The Sacramento Kings canceled a T-shirt giveaway Monday night after some in the organization, including star DeMarcus Cousins, found the shirts to be racially insensitive.
