The recount in Wisconsin, and the coming ones in Michigan and Pennsylvania will not change the outcomes in any of the states. No recount ever changes thousands of votes. I do not think that is the purpose.
The recounts, if done by hand, which can be demanded, may take longer than the last day for completing the official counts in a state and directing Electoral College voters. If all 3 states miss the deadline, Trump is at 260, Hillary at 232. No one hits 270.
Then this goes to Congress, where the House voting 1 vote per state elects Trump, and Senate selects Pence. This would be first time Pthis happened since 1824, but in that case, John Quincy Adams won in the House, though he had fewer electoral college votes than Andrew Jackson.
If this goes to the US House and Senate, and the result is the same as result from the Electoral College without the recounts, why do it? The answer is to make Trump seem even more illegitimate, that he did not win the popular vote (he lost by over 2.1 million), he did not win the Electoral College (did not reach 270), and was elected by being inserted into the presidency by members of his own party in Congress.

I'm hearing people say that Scotus can step in and cancel the recount to allow those states to vote
So, who is gonna demand the recount be done by hand and trigger this? And explain to the country why they want it done by hand and not seen as the scumbag they are.

If they were trying to set a precedent for intentionally asking for a recount with no time to actually do it so Congress would choose the President, Republicans would just coopt it to win every Presidential election until the end of time

By the ration the almighty Soros could had more easily pulled that off in 2000 after FL flipped Gore to Bush and it probably would have had alot less backlash verses them now doing it with 3 states that have already been called Trump.

Some pretty good stuff in the above.
Diane Rehm is left slanted IMO so based on DMC there is really nothing to learn as it is all biased. Hell, why would anyone actually want to interview people who are experts on analysis of elections. Just because they spend time studying the process, we clearly know more than they do. So nothing to see here if you are already an expert. If you care to learn a few things, give it a read or listen.

They usually have a transcript at your local NPR station if they play her show.
It really is nice listening to some rational thinking. Try to get through it. The voices of the people she interviews are fine.

She must have been quite pretty when she was younger.
I never expected her looks after hearing that voice.
That particular program, which aired today in SA, is really good. Also has some decent thoughts on why Hillary's people might have decided to help out even though they concluded it was not worthy for getting anything done.
