Just arrived at the hotel and my POS pooper is stuck on this for an hour. Windows 7. How do I fix it?

I've had issues on Windows 7 with updates, and if I recall correctly it waa also stuck at 35% for whatever reason. I think I turned it off and tried again and it resolved itself

In short, try rebooting and if it's stuck again, reboot again, hold F8 and try selecting "Last Good Configuration". If that boots, run Windows Update. If it does not, you might need to hit F8 and boot up in Safe Mode at least to access anything you might need quickly.
