So any unit that includes Mills and Lee is great, huh?

Anyone who watches the games knows Patty and Kawhi has great synergy. It takes a dumbass to say otherwise. :lol

So basically everyone in the starting line-up is better with Paddy than with Rique? :lol

:cry but Paddy isn't a real PG and Rique is the HOTS :cry

Patty is leading the team in ORtg while Lee is tied w/ Danny for team lead in Net Rating although Danny missed games against a couple of the top defensive teams in the league (Jazz x2, Cripples, Pistons).

Dedmon's DRtg is almost 10 point lower than the next best: Kyle::lol, Pau::lol & Kawhi.

Kawhi really has dropped off quite a bit on defense, though its understandable with his offensive role. Don't think it's for the best, however; Spurs look at their best when Kawhi is the Klaw on defense.

Random early season trends:

-Porker has been atrocious when he gets more than 1 day rest: he's shooting 19% in a 4 games & has an ORtg of 70.:lol

-Softridge shooting lights out on 2 days rest, dude is out of shape.:rolleyes

-Pau struggling when he gets rest days, most likely b/c he's out of rhythm since he doesn't get enough touches.

which is why while I love his offensive maturation, the Spurs might be best served if he wasn't the first or second option on offense, but the stud on defense. No man can carry the load of locking down elite opposition and being the primary scorer for an extended time. Even Prime Lebron could only do it in spurts, as did Jordan. We can't have the Kingslayer be the Kingslayer and expect him to carry the offense. We would be better served with him in the Iguodala role, primary stopper with occasional 12-20 points. Sad part is we don't really have anyone to pair with :lma to be the primary consistent scorers.

Porker/Softridge/Patty have a negative DBPM, hard to be the Klaw when Pau/Kyle were the next best defenders on the floor while Danny was out.

Trade Softridge for a point guard & give Pau more touches. http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=zecjhk3

If Brandon Knight starts playing well then I could see them wanting to move Bledsoe before he gets injured & becomes untradable like Rose. Booker also plays better w/ the ball in his hands as he is surprisingly not a good spotup shooter.

That Trade will cover the spurs three biggest weakness. PG that cant defend, Lack of penetration and wing depth.

Man..would make the spurs a better team. Gotta wait till december 24th though. That's when teams start moving..IIRC isnt the 24th where Most FA of 2016 are tradable?

If the Suns don't want Softridge then PATFO could call up the Celtics & have them send out a couple of assets+Marcus Smart to the Suns in exchange for Softridge: http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=hpx4w2n
