The "team" "way" romanticision of the spurs have truly made it impossible for the media to be critical and for the casuals to understand that the spurs have been a different team in the last two years.

It's some of the biggest cliche in basketball today.

Consistently winning for the last 20 years has made the spurs bulletproof to Media criticism. Kind of like the patriots of the last 10 years.

Can't receive criticism if you ain't getting coverage even when you're winning tbh..

I've never seen a championship team receive less respect than that 2014 team. The whole summer was about Lebron's decision 2.0

The Spurs Way: if you're an outspoken black American player, Pop will run you out of town because he's racist. If you disagree with Pop's retarded political views, he will glue you to the bench and refuse to give you minutes. But that decision was largely caused by his humiliating defeat to the Spurs, which made that whole thing very satisfying.
