We've all seen the video of timmy playing vs pau today and he looked great. Heck, in much better shape than Aldridge. Can he come back some time on April? Wishful thinking but man that would be sweet

He could technically come back I believe but he won't. Glad to see he still gets out there and plays with them though, they can learn a thing or two from the old VET.

I don't think he can come-back and I don't think he should --unless his knees have ""Magically" improved.

My point is this, say Timmy somehow returns into top form and in my mind we get Timmy from 2014-2015 at best. We finish 2nd and in the playoffs we eliminate the Clippers to play against the Warriors in the conference finals. Timmy was great against the Clippers that year and with Kawhi playing like Kobe this year, we beat them (say) in 6 this time around. So it's the warriors without home court advantage, Pau and Timmy cannot stay on the floor against them, they will pick n roll us to death and score at will. We need guys like D. Dedmon and D. Lee who are fast enough to switch, and switching is the only way we stand a chance against that team.

Timmy would be great against Clippers and pretty much any team other than the warriors where both him and Pau are useless :(

But I were to dream for a second, Timmy comes back with two good knees and we trade Pau for Cousins!

Cousins/Timmy/Dedmon
LMA/Lee/Kawhi/Anderson
Kawhi/Simmons/Anderson
Danny/Manu/Simmons
Tony/Patty

Timmy quit because he "lost" his other knee one year ago ... he may be able to train some but he should not come back.

It wouldn't be "tim" like if he returned. He already said it's over and he's a man of his word.

"We'll do it this time"

My guess is that getting hm to come back for the jersey retirement was difficult enough. Can't blame you for dreaming though! :toast

You know honestly, fuck the title chances. I'd love to see him back just to see him back.

He won't though.

Coming back to the team AFTER his jersey has been retired and is hanging in the rafters is like the least Tim-like thing he could do.

As much as I'd love to see the big fella suit up again...I think there is a greater chance of monkeys flying out of my butt.

Nothing worse than a great coming back when he should stay retired. Tim went out with class (like David) and I hope he stays retired and keeps doing what he is doing right now helping the team when he can.

What Dex said - it would almost be cringy for him to come back after a jersey retirement.

NOW, him using the jersey retirement as a platform to announce he's coming back is a different story. pls timz

Timmy and Gasol were practising today again (according to spurs official instagram account).
It's either a request by Coaching staff to get Gasol going or :stirpot:

LMAO he looked like a piece of shit last time he was on the court

Looked better than the MVP who choked in the finals. Or even the self proclaimed best SG in the league.

From the small clip they showed looks like trying to get Gasoft to use his left handed shot more often.

Give me a break, TD. Just fucking comeback already!!! You don't see TP fucking Eva anymore. Once he broke it off with her, he stayed off. And if he decided to fuck her again, he'll marry her and be committed this time. Do the same TD...stop blue-balling the fans.

Definitely,

After that January injury break he didn't look right. Averaged 6 pts 3.8 rebs against OKC.

Kind of like Curry in the finals game 7 or Kobe his last few years with a .400 or less shooting %.

Well that depends. Have you eaten monkeys recently?
