On another note, it looks like you have a real budding stud in Jalen Ramsey. Congratulations.

Tom Savage

Analysis

Strengths

Terrific size. Sets with balance. Easy, compact, high three-quarters release. Spins a catchable ball. Excellent arm strength to complete NFL throws -- capable of sticking outs from the deep hash or launching balls 60 yards on the money. Experience in pro-style offense. Smart and hardworking. Solid personal and football character. Has tools to work with. Team captain. Weaknesses

Needs to speed up his clock and show better awareness in the pocket. Needs to quicken his eyes, expand his field vision and learn to manipulate safeties. Tends to stare down his target. Forces some throws into traffic. Erratic accuracy. Slow of foot -- not a scramble threat. Can improve play-action fake. Had some duds -- struggled against Florida State, Virginia and Virginia Tech. Mental toughness needs to be looked into. Draft Projection

Rounds 5-6 Bottom Line

Big, inconsistent pocket passer who took a circuitous route to Pittsburgh, where he played a full season for the first time since 2009. Is inconsistent and in need of more reps, but has ample arm talent to warrant developmental consideration if teams deem his intangibles worthy of an investment.

Now, give this kid some damn time, ok? He's going to fuck up, they all do. By this time next season we will have an idea of what he might become. Don't expect more.

Defensive cordinators get some tape on a guy, that's how it works.

He'll be fine tbh. He's always had the arm talent, he just needed time to develop. He's been in the system three seasons and has waited patiently for his shot. That's why he looked so comfortable. He's not some kid they are throwing in the fire...they've invested time in him for this moment.

Go do work, young man.

I always thought Ramsey was more of a box safety than a corner. Ramsey is bigger and physical but isn't a speed corner so he's a good matchup to counter the bigger, taller receivers like a Hopkins or Dez Bryant but useless against the Odell Beckham's, Desean Jacksons, Antonio Browns of the league.

Hahahahaha~~~~~~~~~~

Savage career

comp% 60.0, Prescott 67.7
TD/INT...0/1, Prescott 20-4...amazing for a rookie
QB rating...73.8, Prescott 103.2

Savage beat the lowly Jags, ya know...2-12.

Dude, are you retarded?

Let's remember you said this, add it to your...WRONG...collection.

Struggle can't play
FIVEHEAD, sucks.
Derek Anderson is better than Cum Newton
Rex is exposing those Raider fakers
Terrance West....hahaha!!!!! (starter for Ravens)
Tyreek Hill (pro bowl KR)..HAHAHAHA~~~~
Tom Savage is better than Dak Prescott

Dak has one of the most stacked offenses in the league around him, has the luxury of pretty much always throwing from a clean pocket - and despite that, only 9% of his pass attempts are deep balls (the third-lowest percentage in the league) and he's only thrown the ball 431 times (those are Alex Smith, Trevor Siemian, Tyrod Taylor numbers). He's a game manager getting carried by his stacked team. All he's asked to do is make a few very safe, conservative throws and hand it off to Zeke. And while it usually works because they have an elite O-line, an elite RB, an elite receiving corps, and a top-five defense, that doesn't make him a great quarterback. When he leads even a mediocre team to a win like Savage just did, then the hype might be justified.

So a guy who just made the pro bowl as a rookie, has set NFL records, Cowboy records and has only lost to one team as a rookie takes a back seat to a guy who can beat a 2-11 (2-12) team......right?

You ever think of just maybe giving anything some time? Just maybe see how Savage does over time, that ever cross your mind? Dude, you freak out way too soon over everything, you really don't know any better? What is your rush, well?

Pay attention son.

Give NFL D cordinators some film on these QB's, do you just not know this? Do you really think Eli is defended the same way Newton is?

There's Carson Wentz (and you saying he's also better than Prescott, hahaha) hot, he's cooking, well......what happened?

Clipper Nation, slow the fuck down rookie, ok? Remember Nick Foles?

Nick Foles career didn't teach you anything?

You know who else made the Pro Bowl and set NFL records as a rookie? Vince Young. Slow down, rookie, ok? Remember Vince Young?

Derek "The Answerson!" Anderson has the same number of Pro Bowl appearances as Dak. Now let's all watch as you immediately flip-flop and decide that the Pro Bowl doesn't matter anymore because it's a player you don't like.

You yourself didn't "give it time" on Wentz:

Both Wentz and Prescott have...IT...and no we don't need to slow down on this one.

Hypocrite.

The Pro Bowl*** is a big deal in my book, I thought you knew that, so wrong again.

There is no doubt Wentz has....it....but why did he cool the heat, yep...D cordinators figuring out how to defend him. Something the Jags couldn't do with Savage. Getting it now?

Dude, will you ever answer my question about why you are so quick to....MUFFED PUNT HAHAHA~~~.....well? Why do you constantly act like some football newbie with that silliness? Well? Answer my question half pint, ok?

I would loved to have seen your face when Tyreek Hill did "exactly" what I said he'd do, hahahaha~~~~~ Dude, I saw him do that in HS, JC, NCAA, and previously in the NFL, yep.....time tested.

*** not the game the honor.

Smart fan.....Tom Savage "could" be what the Texans need, only time will tell.
Rookie....Tom Savage just beat the lowly Jags, obviously he's better than NFL record holder, Cowboys record holder, 12-2 Dak Prescott

It's not dumbass, ill, uninformed. It's just saying that Ramsey isn't the kind of guy you want trying to cover the elite speed receivers 1-on-1. Ramsey specializes in physicality and enforcement, he can cover the big, slow, physical receivers but his best spot is at box safety imo.

Ive watched him all season. His recovery is unreal. Not many WRs have had his number. I've also seen him adjust after a half of seemingly being torched, come out and shut a mother fucker down. He's a legit cover corner. But maybe later in his career he'd be a good box safety.

See how that works?

Let's see how Assweiler does against a real playoff team before we start anointing him. The Raiders' defense was awful all year, and their offense was too anemic yesterday to keep their defense off the field for very long. Assweiler was serviceable, but did nothing that Savage couldn't have done if he was cleared to play. Only 168 yards, and most of those were in the first half.
