His own brand..

Everything about today was classic Pop trying to show the world how much he's in control and he can do whatever the hell he wants. Best coach in the NBA....

But its getting disgusting.

Even Mchale figured out the issues they needed to correct....and things they needed to rely on more.

I get we're out-talented, but Pop and.co are getting their shit pushed in by Doc and his coaching staff since the 2015 series..

Zero adjustments, new wrinkles thrown into this match-up...

Pop must think the Clippers are coached by Phil Jackson.

Pop wasn't that bad, the Spurs lost in the beginning of the 4th when Kawhi couldn't score on Austin fucking Rivers.

Oh well, he's probably not going to be around much longer along with Parker, Aldridge and Gasol. He coached us to five championships so he can do whatever he wants tbh...

4th quarter? Really?

The Spurs lost the game since the 2nd quarter when Pop decided to overplay Parker in that quarter.

Also, they lost the game with Pau and Parker defending the Clippers' pick and rolls.

Fine, that's true. They had the chance to make a comeback in the beginning of the 4th and blew it.

Spurs lost their championship flair when Duncan declined and they turned to Kawhi to be the team's #1 option on offense and signed Aldridge to be his wing man. The Spurs actually lost this game in the 4th when Paul was in the locker room, Parker was on the bench, and the Spurs were outscored 10-4 after Green's three. It's easy to blame the player you hate the most for all of the Spurs problems but this team is a gimmick. They'll win 55-60 regular season games and they'll be watching the playoffs from home in May.

More like watching the playoffs in April.

Are you crazy? Drunk?
I don't hate Parker/Gasol. I hate the fact that Pop play those two guys many minutes together. It's impossible to hide Parker and cover Pau ass for long stretches.

But if you can't admit that Parker level is an issue against elite guards, and Pau lack of mobility is other against Clippers' P&Rs...Then try to blame the only Spurs player who has been decent in the season...I can't help.

But sure, Kawhi's the biggest issue on this team.

Good luck driving on the Cripples when Dedmon/Lee are playing together b/c Wesley Johnson didn't even bother to guard Lee on the perimeter.:lol

Why in the hell would you try to hedge Fatton at mid-court as if he's Curry?:lmao (Pop treating the double screens as if he has never seen a screen is mind-boggling)

You can't play 2 non shooters against Doc & expect to get driving lanes. He even cheats off mid-range shooters that stand at the elbow as that was their scheme when KG was in Boston, tonight it was DeAndre cheating off Pau. In the 2015, playoff it was Blake cheating off Diaw.

Let's just hope D'Antoni doesn't discover the double-screen conundrum b/c Harden is going to average 40 & 15.:lol

Since these Dudes don't practice regularly, I think they just practice executing their defensive schemes in game like this. That they couldn't execute whatever they wanted to do against Felton is the red alarm. They couldn't get stops when they needed them against average type talent.

The same folks were probably saying Lebron was the biggest problem on the '14-'15 Cavs b/c he was holding back Kevin Love & also took a vacation mid-season.:lol

Lillard/CJ would have a field day playing off double screens.:lol

The first coach to expose Pop's defensive schemes was Carlisle running high PnRs w/ Monta seemingly every time down the floor but they were able to overcome it b/c the Mavs couldn't stop the Spurs on the other end thanks to Dirk.:lol
