Postup offense is disgusting. That's old school low 90 scoring basketball. Not even the Memphis Grizzlies depend on that crap nowadays. Might as well have some white Americans out there too ffs

C'mon bro, they barely used the post in the 4th..and In the moments they did, Leonard and Aldridge scored..

It's a decent sprinkle to the offense..

The most overrated coach in the leaguePERIOD

Give me Rick Carlisle and I think this team will have a serious shot at upsetting the Warriors..

They started off the game posting up Aldridge, and a terrible scoring drought followed. They tried it in the 4th, and same thing happened. This team is too good of a 3pt shooting team to not pass the ball around like Golden State does

Everyone in the game thread knows they kept the ball away from Kawhi for too many stretches tonight

Maybe they were distracted by all the cleavage in the front row.

The real reason we lost?

Our defense is garbage against good basketball players.

Lost the plot since we won 2014.

I've lost lost faith in him.

He's got so much talent on the roster yet doesn't know how to utilise it.

The Spurs played terrible in the 3rd quarter and still had a chance to win. So far, no team has won 82 games.

That was Pop's decision, clearly. They don't really run as many post ups this year anymore. It's part of the reason why kawhi is scoring more. Poop just probably wanted Aldridge to score a couple baskets in the post so Kawhi and parker can have an easier time scoring later on.

The fewer minutes Brandon Knight spends on the court, the better the Suns are.

Yup they've hardly done it this year. That's why the offense is so good most of the time. Don't know why he thought it was a good idea to bring it back

Spurs have lost 3 games over the past two weeks against teams they should've blown out. Each of those games they've had chances to win and couldn't. There's something to be said about the Spurs' inability to score/defend when it matters that has been brought up by notable people (Zach Lowe, Coach Nick, etc).

Man...Spurs lost to the SUNS!!! Suns lost to the MAVS yesterday!!!

We lost against one of the worst teams in the West.

Suns best scorer played 37 minutes, our best player only 32 having a great night.

Some Pop decisions killed this team in the last three close games against Hawks, Bucks and...Suns.

Spurs are on 63+ win pace which is in the top 30 of all time, and have an SRS this season that paces them for 15th all time (and 17th best ORtg ever and even with this crappy defense, 50th DRtg). Even good teams lose to bad ones.

Stop getting caught up in meaningless regular season games in a foreign country that would have been a W if the team hit FTs.

Seriously, this place is filled with a bunch of 13 year old rage quitters

Spurs won 67 last year and lost in the 2nd round. They haven't been a true contender since Duncan's decline. Let's stop kidding ourselves by pretending it's about one game in a foreign country. Stop acting like you were born yesterday. How did that historic PD work out for the Spurs last year?

Well it's good that the Spurs had a chance to win. Against the 12-27 Suns, they had a chance to win. I mean, it's not like they were blown out or anything. They had a chance against the Suns. So they missed FT's and wide open shots down the stretch. And turned the ball over. And called momentum-killing time outs. At least they had a chance.

So they got that going for them.

Nobody noticed the Spurs got outrebounded? Resulting in Phoenix attempting more baskets? The shooting is fine and 3s are fine. The 10 missed free throws is bad but the spurs got severely outrebounded 33 - 45 thanks Tyson!

The 10 missed free throws is bad but the spurs got severely outrebounded 33 - 45 thanks Tyson! I wonder who should have blocked him out... Lamarcus just 4 boards though. I have one distinct recollection of a missed board by LMA that ended up in a made 3 by Booker.
