Where were you guys when Fisher hit that shot with .4 seconds left on the clock? Were any of you there? I was sitting on the ground in my room thinking the Spurs had just won the game. Then out of pure skill by Fisher himself, he sank the shot. Greatness. Heres some pictures in case you forgot.

Aye I was soooo pissed off. I couldn't believe it... I dont think I can ever forget that shot. It still haunts me:) I think they ran outta there fast enough incase anything was wrong with the shot. Oh and just incase someone wanted to shot them...:)
But at least spurs won this year so it really makes up for everything!

Oh man when duncan hit his shot over shaq, i ran through my parents old house that shakes when you run through it and broke a lot of my parents dishes......i thought the game was over, i came back to my bedroom at the time and watched derek fisher defy the rules of time and grab the ball turn around and jump then release the ball all in .04 seconds...which is physically impossible...but it was allowed, i still get sick to my stomach just thinking about it...i threw up many times that night from that bullshit

It is really funny how fillings mutate in life.
That shot from Fisher was an open wound and a sad memory for quite some time, that suddenly was healed with the 2004-2005 Championship.
Now it is no longer a sad memory either, it has become a testament of what a championship team has to be able to endure and digest to succeed.
That's what character teams do. They turn the upset into motivation for their future.
My friends here in California use to tease me about that shot and I would respond by thanking them, calling the shot the opportunity, because that would make my team better and that was making me happy (bullshit I was bleeding badly).
Now my friends hate me...

we thought for sure game over after duncan hit that crazy jumper over shaq... with .04 left on the clock, who could have thought anything different?

when fisher hit that BULLSHIT shot we were mortified.... even more-so when they let it stand and the spurs lost... all the while, my mom kept saying shit like...
"oh my gosh, that was a really good shot"

I was in Dallas, Texas at a Hooters and I was the loudest mother fucker there when Duncan made the shot!! I hate the Lakers, so after Duncan made the shot, i told all the Laker fans there (there were alot) it's all over, bye bye dynasty. Then I called my cousins from Los Angeles to talk more trash and then I called my sister who WAS THERE!! and told her I was jealous cuz she was there. Then Fisher made that shot, and it was like the walk of shame trying to break through the trashing talking laker fans in the restaurant. My family from Cali kept calling me and I didnt want to pick it up. I called my sister and she described the shock in the SBC Center. "It was as loud as can be, the shot went in, then dead silence..., not even joking." lol! My sister said she even saw someone crying. lol! Terrible terrible for all Spurs fans. I have to stop talking trash, so I wont eat at the end. lol!
