I didn't realize Aldridge was that much stronger than him.

He's ridiculously strong and can bully his way with a lot of his opponents. I wish he would do it more often.

exactly. He bullies Green too. I wish he'd stop shooting 19 footers against golden state.

He should have but didn't against Chandler in Mexico City.

But he won't, which is why I am not a big fan of his.

His lack of bullying seems to be a matter of choice unfortunately... it's like he doesn't realize he's got more mass than probably a good 75% of the big men in the league right now. Not bashing, just saying. A bulldog who looks in the mirror and sees a chihuahua

Aldridge is roughly 6'11.25 in shoes, 265 lbs, with a 7-4'' wingspan. Towns is roughly 6'11.25 in shoes, 250 lbs, with a 7'3'' wingspan.
Aldridge obviously lacks the mean streak of a Cousins, but when the spirit moves him, he's one of the most overpowering post up players in the league and he clearly still gets up for premier power forwards (even though Towns probably skews closer to a center, he primarily functions as their power forward, a la prime Duncan).

Aldridge is like one of the heaviest bigs in the league. :lol..of course he can bully most players.
The complaints about him is that sometimes he settles way too much.

Towns still has baby-fat while LMA has old man strength.

It's all Diaw's doing, tbh. He taught LaMarcus to pump up that a$$.
But seriously, he needs to do it more and make sure he finishes. Hate to see him back down the crap out of his defender only to miss the lay up.

If LMA stays with the Spurs beyond this contract, he's going to be just fine as a center. It's going to be interesting to see if LMA and Embiid are matched up in the Sixers game.

That will be about the same age when Duncan finally threw in the towel and played center himself, if I remember right.

He bullied AD and Draymond too this season. (probably a couple others) I'll forgive all his passiveness in the reg season if he brings it like that in the playoffs

LMA hopefully won't try posting up Embiid, it's going to end up ugly like when tried to post up DeAndre.:lol

He better try posting up Embiid. He's not going to score anywhere near the basket if he's not putting his body into Joel.

Stick to shooting mid-ranges & pulling out Embiid from the paint so Kawhi/Porky can actually finish at the rim.

Not a fan of letting a rookie dictate the offense to the Spurs. LMA's gonna have to score every game in the playoffs for the Spurs to win. Might as well starting doing it now against legit competition.

We all saw how it worked out for him when he tried to go at DeAndre.:lol
He should be fine against Tristan whom he can shoot over even if he can't bully him for deep postups. He already has punked Gaymond so that's a non-issue.
Gobert is another guy he should avoid posting up.:lol
Not taking anything away from LMA, but, at least the times I've seen him play, I have been underwhelmed by Towns on the defensive end. There is a lot a hype around him but I still think he is a few years out from being truly great.
what a flop :lol
:D I was wondering if anyone would notice. That little shit in the yellow is already practicing his flopping skills. There's more video that shows him on the floor, clapping about the foul call. I just want to smack the shit out of him.
From what I understood, LMA made it clear before he came here that he didn't want to play under the basket, or to be backing down monsters. Whatever he could do or couldn't do, I don't think he wants to.

LMA is at least 6'11" 265-275lbs. There aren't too many guys in the West who are above or equal to him in weight. Maybe Pachulia/Varejo, Gasol/Randolph, Adams/Kanter, Cousins/Koufos, Bogut, DeAndre, Nene.
