Or do Kawhi and LMA look better without Parker? Sure, TP played well but it didn't translate into a win.

No. He's just an old point guard who is desperate for attention, aging badly, and hurting the team on both ends.

Judging by how stretches of our offense in the third and fourth quarter, including when the Spurs fell significantly behind, it seemed that the only shot the offense could get was a long two from Patty Mills, I would argue that they needed more Parker, not less.

parker putting himself first last night. he can do that off the bench, not when starting with kawhi & lma.

So if Parker goes 15/15 with 13 assists and he rest of the team plays bad and we lose, let's blame Parker. Got it.

True that, I didn't watch the game but it looked a lot more Patty's fault than Parker's. Neither Aldridge or Kawhi had an impressive line though. Disappointed that Pop already pulled Murray out of the rotation completely. Kyle Anderson should only be getting trash minutes or playing when Kawhi is out or Simmons is hurt.

I'm not saying tp had a bad game. I'm saying his good game didn't translate into a win last night. There are plenty of players who put up great stats that don't translate into wins.

Patty is as developed as he'll ever be. He's played in some big games in his career. So I'm not sure what Blake means by Patty's "sake".

He has always been a backup, not a starter, and the 6th man was Manu. If they are promoting him in the future... that is development for him to close games etc. Despite him being older (not some youngster), Spurs could conceivably contemplate increasing his role and moments like that are development.

Ugh no. Patty has also started plenty of games in his career. As I said, he's as developed as he'll ever be. He's closed games out before which is way more pressure than starting. Blake just needs to take the L.

I analyzed the stat line. Didn't say that was the end all be all but it matters some. Parker's was clearly better than Patty's. Aldridge and Kawhi had a similar stat sheet like they did in their last loss which I did watch.

The real question should be...

Is it just me? Or are end of game calls always going to favor the other team...?

Cavs: LeBron calls timeout - doesn't have possession - timeout awarded anyways.

Mavs: Carlisle calls timeout - Curry doesn't have possession - timeout awarded anyways.

I could've sworn they also let 4 seconds run off the clock when we were intentionally fouling the guy with the ball, until Manu came in and made the foul obvious...
