People never did. See Game Boy vs Game Gear/Lynx, 8-bit NES vs Genesis, Wii vs PS3/XB360, etc. If the shitty Wii U was the console that had all the best games I would have bought it instead of PS4. I mean I consider the PS4 pretty garbage hardware, whether you're talking base or pro, but I bought it for the library of top notch exclusives. Not at all interested in the Scorpio though. I don't know how that thing is going to survive unless Microsoft takes a big loss on each console and sells them way below cost like Sony did for the first couple of years with PS3. (yes, $600 was way below what it cost Sony to manufacture and ship launch PS3 :lol)
