I have watched more hockey this year than I have basketball, and that was before the Spurs was eliminated. The hockey games were competitive (Penguins Senators Game 7 was phenomenal) this year, unlike basketball. And I am a basketball fan, and hockey casual.

The league has dissolved into this all-star game every game type of game, all offense, no defense, shoot threes and dunk. It gets boring after a few games, let alone 100.
