I thought this game looked good at E3, but the performance is supposed to be shit. Like needing a GTX 1080 to get a locked 60 fps at 1080p. I'll still check it out though. The open beta starts 2/23 and goes through 2/27 I think.

Judging by the enthusiasm here should we expect this game won't sell shit? :lol

I'm sure by turning down the AA it will run at 60 FPS w/ current hardware.. I haven't tried it yet, but I need a good team based online shooter to play.. BF1's time period sucks, BF4's community has died down.. Let me know what you think of the game

Hell, maybe I'll pick up Arma 3 again..

Same. Did the first mission. Like a weird shitty mix up of wd2 and far cry....I'll pass. Graphics are pretty meh

I'd like a game focused on the role of the sniper from training to deployment and all that shit without so much scripted scenes. I've played most of the sniper games, they suck.

Have you played Sniper Elite 4?

Saw some gameplay of it a while ago. Kind of an odd game with sup-par graphics but had some interesting gameplay mechanics.

No, but I'll check it out. Thx

I don't care for the bullet cam or the x-ray effect (maybe if there were more versions instead of the three or four they have now).

Arma 3 is your game.. The sniping in that game is dope, you even need to get another player to agree to be your spotter.. Once your spotter calculates the distance, wind, etc for you, you adjust your scope for the variables and pop heads from a mile out

Sniper Elite looks amazing tbh, especially with the new Italian setting.. The game is pretty linear but open, kinda like Witcher 2..

This is a game for people that dont mind taking 2 hours to slowly and methodically complete a mission.
