At least not on national TV, and they aren't even airing it on local TV here in Philly.

As far as I know, ZERO Spurs preseason games are on TV.

I don't think it's on NBATV. Where did you get that info?
It's on locally in Houston on channel 51 - not NBA TV.

hmmm i might have made a mistake there... our version of "NBA TV" (the one nba gives us) will feed us the game :)
