Think about all those fans who were so pissed at Pop in the first half or when down 28 points. He kept his cool and kept the players working on defense. This was the way the 1999 Spurs played. It seemed like they always played from behind--but they just buckled down and started climbing back. Even when down at the strart of the 4th, it was like we had the other team where we wanted them--a little cocky but nervously looking over their shoulder.
