The chicken sandwiches at McDonalds taste like about 20% chicken. Still better than Church's though, their $1 chicken sandwiches taste like 0% chicken and 90% flavored paper.

I need to get my protein in after lifting and if I'm in the mood for something hot and cooked but feeling laxy I'll get 2 of the wendys ones which are pretty good. I was getting the BK ones till I found out they have 25 grams fat (:lol) which defeats the whole point. All the other places are like 5-10 grams fat.
