Manchin is the only sane Democrat left in the Senate.

Do people follow history at all? People act like the democrats didn't do this when Bush's presidency was ending.

For all you Garland supporters. Remember the Biden rule. obama even sid when he was Senator that no one should be confirmed in the last year of their term. Go Nuclear if you have too. Silly H Reid never should have started that option. But then they stacked federal judges after that.

Fuck off, the democrats not only gave Kennedy a hearing but confirmed him in Reagan's last year.

if they want to filibuster gorsuch just to protest the garland treatment, that's more understandable than blocking gorsuch because you disagree with his interpretations. republicans let kagan and sotomayor in without much resistance

The pick is stolen. What comes around is going around by democrats not playing ball. If the GOP is going to ram the pick through going nuclear than democrats can do the same next go around when they get control back. It pays to obstruct in our system of government.

And then the GOP will the next time. It's a bad precedent.
