I'd imagine because it's 3 games in four nights .. no need to wear them out. Plus they get more of chance to look at the five new guys.

PJ Carlesimo said that they are going to sit out different guys throughout the preseason to stay healthy.

He said that Sharrod Ford will get good minutes tonight as he played well and has family/friends there watching.

what was the spurs record in pre-season last year wasn't it something crappy like 2-6 not like it matters.

If you root for the Spurs you're glad that the coach doesn't feel pressured to play his superstars just because the NBA schedules the game in SC.

Lived in Charleston for 3 years and made the drives to Charlotte and Atlanta a few times for some real games. But we got to see the Knicks training camp at CofC :lol
