I think it's amazing when you put it with jalapeños especially. If it's not with anything salty and by itself, it's a terrible idea however.

Funny you mention Yardhouse. I love that place. Whenever I'm up in SA I usually hit up the one @ Cantera. I also like Bar Louie.

All the IPAs you mentioned are legit. Try and look out for Palate Wrecker from Green Flash. I don't know how hoppy you like your IPAs but I'm all about that bitterness.

Yup, Bar Louie is dope too, they don't have as many choices, but they do have 22 oz Hopadillos so I'll roll with one of those. Good place to chill outside on a Friday night.

And yeah, I prefer the bitter hoppy brews too.. Knee Deep Hop-De-Ranged is damn near 15% ABV, and 138 IBU.. Lagunitas Hop Stoopid is only 8%v but it's 102 IBU, and only 5 bucks for a 22 oz. Both good af.

Nah - only thing I've had at YH is the ahi tuna poke dish (only been twice and I love sushi/etc..). I like MnC but I can never eat a lot of it because it's so damn rich. But I'll try it next time.

I'm not Heights but pretty fucking close in those circles. You see a few stuckup people once in a while but I couldn't be more at home in and around the area. I will say an easily approachable attitude goes a long way. Not like them internationals though. I've never seen more entitled people in my life. Avoid malls and department stores at all costs because there here to fucking look down on locals at all costs.
