The biggest terrorist in the world has dropped the biggest non-nuclear bomb ever on an Afghan district because they Suspect there are IS tunnels in the area.
They hypocracy of these terrorist and the people that support them knows no ground. Continously accuse ohter nation of risk, plays drama with Chemical attacks on Syria all the while being the only mation that has caused over 200k civilian deaths in less than 10 years and the only nation to consistently drop bombs responsible for the deaths of thousands in cou tries that dont even want them.

Collateral damage is such an accpetable term now if its browns. There really is no such thing as collateral damage anywhere. The number of deaths everyday caused by the US on civilian population is proof.
