That is exactly what the Blunder have done in their series against the Spurs in past playoffs. As a Spurs fan, it has been most galling to watch. I expect them to make similar adjustments against the Rockettes.

But I wonder how playing primarily to promote the stats and glory of a single teammate affects the attitude of the other players. Could it be that when they become free agents they will look first for the opportunity to play for a team's success, and hence be predisposed to jumping ship?
