Coaches aren't the same as players. A good player can benefit from lesser competion. A coach can't. Yeah, you are facing lesser competition, but you are also coaching lesser players.

Anyways, Ramon Diaz should have been coach over Bauza because he's better coach and his results reflect it, even before getting to Arabia.
