Props to Evinger. I'd seen a couple of her fights in Invicta and I knew she was legit, but surviving 3 rounds is great against Cyborg.

I felt like Cormier had the upper hand until the head kick. What a fight, what a development, man that's what we've all been waiting for and it delivered.

I feel for Cormier but that's the name of the game. Fighting is a bitch.

What a fight. Main event saved the co main event. I had the fight 1-1 after 2. Horrible commentary BTW, they were favoring DC and I don't know why? Jones again invested in the body and it worked. What a head kick and finish. Nobody has ever put DC away.

Couldn't agree more. Bones Jones looked like the old Bones Jones to me. Variety of strikes + wrestling. I never felt like Jones was in trouble. He has been hit in previous fights with hard shots. It is not like he was touted as unreachable. Another aspect that puts him in the GOAT status - his chin.

I'll also add since I got back late last night and didn't see all of Cerrone vs Lawler live - that was a great fight - and no way did Lawler win unanimously (Cerrone won 2nd round).

Bones/Gus 2 In Nov at the Garden. Looks like GSP/Bisping is going to be on that card. Brock is not happening for like 1 year they are saying. Brock has to deal with getting back in the USADA pool. I think Brock threw it out there and Jones was hopeful. But I doubt it..
