Nothing to see here. Spurs been doing this shit for 20 years. :sleep

Just show up for the next one.

I called the series in 6, tbh... always tough to play in the grindhouse...

This Spurs team ain't good enough to sweep anyone, so ...

It seems like whenever the Spurs have gone 2-0 even during the Duncan era there was usually always a huge letdown for game 3. This team kept that tradition alive tonight.

I called Spurs-Spurs-Grizzlies-Spurs-Spurs before the series and I'm sticking with it.

Indeed. Looked unbeatable against the Lakers in '03. Blown out in game 3. Same in '04 (except the Spurs wound up losing that series). Stomped the Pistons in the Finals in the first two games, blown out in the next. Lost game 3 at Seattle that year after two blowouts, too.

Notorious glitch in the Pop-era.

Big difference is no Duncan to drag Coach Pop kicking and screaming.

Embarrassing I wanted them to sweep this annoying fanbase and team

I expected the loss, but you gotta wonder. Pop is the only constant in the last 20 years.

His Full team sub after playing 1 total minute in the fourth is comical. Grizz took advantage of the weaker roster. Not to mention, will pop just give up everytime there is an 18pt lead? There was still 10 minutes left. This isn't the regular season

Saw this loss after game 2, but the fact they were right there at halftime is disheartening. Manu has to be benched if he continues to look this bad.

The truth is the letdown was already creeping in second half of Game 2..So this could also be like 2012 Thunder series when they backdoor swept us after a failed furious comeback attempt in Game 2.

I don't trust this team, and more so, I don't trust its coach in a playoffs setting anymore-- no postseason embarrassment is beyond him at this point...

The Seattle series is the one that came to my mind. They should have swept that team but screwed around in game 3 and 4. Definitely agree with you it's a huge glitch with Pop's coaching. To me it's always strange how the Spurs can blow out teams the first two games and then suddenly lose game 3 after looking invincible the first two games.

He threw away a fucking playoff game. The starter were struggling in the first half, but they all conpeted. They were only down 9 in the third in the 11 minute mark before he pulls a " I need to show the media, I am the superstar"

Yep people should know better after the last two playoff runs. Pop is a former shell of himself at this point. Wish Carlisle was coaching this team

That shit really pissed me off. Chew out your starters during the timeout, don't throw in your garbage time rotation to make a point. It's the fucking playoffs. That shit is unacceptable. I was livid.

Were not the warriors, we don't have the luxury to sit a starter bc we have 3 other all stars.

Ah, I have no problem with Pop benching the starters at the start of the third. Three turnovers in a row in a playoff game? They should've been benched.

This x1000000. Maybe I have short term memory loss, but I didn't think he would actually do that in a playoff gam

What are the chances Grizz score over 100 points two games in a row?

I thought they'd lose Game Four. But hopefully everyone comes out motivated. Green didn't shoot well on the road again. LMA had his ups and downs. Don't expect them to keep riding the same high again.

We'll see if Pop can make some damned adjustments. The Griz changed how they doubled Kawhi. LMA isn't as capable of making the right read. The team should have a plan for that.

Tons of points left at the free throw line. Missed very makeable shots. Role players didn't step up. Didn't look overly interested. Need I go on?

One bright side: Aldridge looked aggressive on the boards and on offense in general :)

Meh. Spurs in 5, just like most of us predicted.

Not specifically 2-0 scenario, but no Spurs Championship team won the first 3 games of any postseason. They did have one of the top 5 players of all time in that stretch, though...
