Jazz rookie guard C.J. Miles led the team with 14 points and hit a three-pointer that sent Wednesday's preseason game against the Raptors into overtime. The Jazz ended up winning the game in OT, 102-101. Miles shook off rookie jitters early in the game to contribute positively.

So far this preseason Miles has impressed coach Jerry Sloan—a known critic of rookies. The fact that Sloan called the final play in regulation for Miles is a positive sign even though it was just a preseason game. The Jazz frontcourt is basically set, but if Miles continues to play hard he could be part of a backcourt rotation with veterans and fellow rookie Deron Williams. His fantasy value is very minimal at this point, but owners in keeper leagues may want to consider taking a chance on him with one of their last draft picks.

There was a lot of coaches who considered C.J. the prize recruit of the draft. He was a great talent with some nicely developed skills, was coachable and was as good an athlete was would be found.

The only reason he's in the League, is his father.
