Spurs get a stop on D as Connoley misses a short banker and Spurs rebound.
Parker brings it up court and wisely gives it to a better ball handler in Kwa.
Kwa draws the double team while expertly running the clock down to 4 seconds then dumps it off to a wide open Parker at the arc.
Parkers shot clanks but Lee gets the good rebound. Throws it out to Patty.

1:48 left on the clock.
Chance for Spurs to reset, get another good look while working the clock down again.

Nope. Shot clock worker failed to reset the button on the obvious rim drawing shot from Parker.
Patty assumes the shot clock is going to go off so horks up a desperation brick.

Officials do nothing about it.

Look, the Spurs were facing a 7th seed team with a rookie coach so lets not assume Gregg Pop and co. were going to win the game had the shot clock been properly reset.
Just sayin it most definitely affected the game.

what if patty made the shot, they reviewed it, and waived it off because memphis players stopped. you'd be complaining about that.
