Obviously ya never sleep better than after sex, but.....

A hot shower then some mellow music, that's works. And, as mentioned...a good book...also works.

For me, I need some white noise. A box fan has done me wonders.

^True that.

Putting the AC on High doses me off quick. That hissing sound really does do the trick.

I need proper noise. Something like a podcast, audio book, having the tv on or even putting a random twitch stream on the phone.

Rain sounds tbh. I run them through a Bluetooth speaker. I toss and turn without them.

Close. For me, I put on my softest pair of white pants and I just practice making kissy faces at my phone. The gentle way that my white pants caress my balls and the workout I get from the kissy faces puts me right to sleep.

But that causes global warming! Don't you understand just how bad putting the AC on high is for the environment? Mother Earth, man!

So I tried the Nyquil stuff which tasted like shit btw but slept a good 12 hours and knocked me out within 30 min! I also had relaxing music playing and turned the a.c. to make it cooler and slept like a baby... thx guys!

I need to start waking up early and get my body used to it as I have a college soon and classes start at 9 am.

Thats a huge crock of shit tbh. That F.Lux programb is supposed to change the temps of your monitors backlight to help stop sleeplessness from being on a PC close to bed time. Shit just makes the screen look like shit, I'll sleep either way.

Andy Griffith?

Fred Rogers. Kind of apt, given the man's affinity for sweaters. Statue is about 10 feel tall.

Horrible likeness.

Ho Lee shit OP, I hope it's not a case of sporadic fatal insomnia.

"The person has increasing insomnia, resulting in panic attacks, paranoia, and phobias. This stage lasts for about four months.
Hallucinations and panic attacks become noticeable, continuing for about five months.
Complete inability to sleep is followed by rapid loss of weight. This lasts for about three months.
Dementia, during which the patient becomes unresponsive or mute over the course of six months. This is the final progression of the disease, after which death follows."

It's most likely not. From the provided information, I've diagnosed it as Squamous Cell Carcinoma that has spread to his kidneys and possibly the anus.
