No repeat of OKC series...

They need to step on the throat in Game 4...Spurs let the Thunder off the hook last season when that team was close to checking out in second Quarter of G4, and the rest was history..

went up 3-2 vs LAC too...

I have a better feeling about this team though.

Well, with the Dubs likely sweeping the Jazz, we need to end this asap

I feel like the Spurs are in control, but you can't allow a team with that much shooting firepower any opportunities to get in a groove..

That was my first thought. Even if the Spurs win the next two, they won't get any rest before GSW.

But maybe playing 6 or 7 will give them some time to get comfortable without Tony.

Any team is almost unbeatable on the nights when all the shots are falling, like they were for Houston in Game 2. But you're right, a team that can go on a shooting barrage like Houston is always dangerous. But... I think if the Spurs can avoid giving up all the freebies at the FT line, it takes away the Rockets' biggest competitive advantage.

I'm not even thinking about the Warriors right now. If the Spurs win this series it will be considered a successful season in my eyes.

I'm still 50/50 on the Spurs winning the series tbh.

Still, it would be more ideal for the Dubs to have less footage to study Murray's game. If he looked loose with his handles tonight, imagine how dangerous that can be against a team that gets lots of steals like the Dubs?

Good point but after tonight's gutsy effort, I have to believe we still stand a chance against those fucks.
