The biggest issue between the 2 conferences is almost all of the elite talent is in the West. In the East it's basically Lebron and then everyone else. His best competition is basically 2nd or 3rd tier stars like George, Butler, Thomas, Wall etc. Giannis has some potential though. Even the elite specialist type players are in the west (top defenders Draymond, Gobert and Kawhi).
