View Full Version : Chris Bosh?

Heat and Bosh officially parting ways.

Would you take a risk on him? Smart, good character, would be a natural Spur.

It would free you up to move LMA or Gasol and get something in return. Unlike LMA he's proven he can adapt to new teams. Dude speaks Spanish too. :lol

That said, if his health never recovers or some quack says he's okay and he collapses on the court... Still, if there's one team that will look out for his health, its PATFO.

No.
The discussion I heard on his health is that with that type condition he should absolutely retire.
As with all medical conditions I'm sure there are going to be 6 million differing treatments and opinions.

Spurs need to stop the tired old pattern of wayy overpaying 30+ vets.
Surround Kawhi with youth that fit.

Needs to retire tbh.. last thing the NBA needs is a Hank Gathers situation. Plus he's 33 and hasn't played basketball in over a year.

We already have a big man with a bad heart- figuratively and literally.

I don't want him. He's a great player who has had a hell of career, but I don't want to see dude die on the floor.

No, I prefer people that gives you 110%, at his current status he could only give you 30%.

What is his condition exactly? Can it not be fixed/rectified? What is causing the blood clots?

Ugh would love to have prime version of Bosh vs LMA

Yes. Dude was still killing it until the clots sidelined him. He's Aldridge but with a legit 3-point shot and without the bitch tendencies.

Bosh? You mean Chris Bosh? Is he still playing?

He still has game and would be a great addition. But his clots are no joke and a big deal, he should just retire. I would like to have him but he's not worth the risk

Being out for the past year+ was mostly health related but also because of the Heat's cap situation. Needed to wait a year and then come to a settlement.

If at the minimum, I'm all for it. Anything more means limiting other options. He was really damn good before he went out. Basically at or above career averages at higher usage rates than any of the Lebron Miami years. And can actually shoot threes unlike LMA's 20 foot fadeaways. Also he owes us a ring after stealing it with that offensive rebound in 6.

He's gotta be pretty washed up at this point. As everyone else has been saying here, he'd only be worth it if he took the veteran minimum.

It'd be awesome if he died right after a game 7 winning dunk. Would be legendary. And as he's laying on the court, he gives a thumbs up before he expires.
