The Lakers would trade their entire franchise for Kawhi and even throw in Curry since most are bandwagon GS fans too.

The dynasty is over. When is Buford/Patfo going to accept that? Rebuild.

I have no problem trading Kawhi if the Spurs can't build a Championship level team around him. I've been a Spurs fan since around 1993, but I am here because of two people - David Robinson and Tim Duncan (Honorable mention to Manu Ginobili). Kawhi is now the 3rd (amazing that he's turned himself into that level of a player), but after seeing what Robinson had to go through until Tim got there, I don't really want Kawhi to have to try and do the same thing as the Admiral did - carry a team with a bunch of scrubs on it. I really hope the Spurs can surround him with a Championship level contending team. If they can't, and he asks for a trade, or wants to leave, I'll have no problem with it.

And best to not lose him for nothing.

The Lakers would take this deal tbh because they'd be robbing the Spurs blind. :lol

If a deal like this happened there would be parades of Laker fans all over the streets of LA. Whereas there would be riots in the streets of San Antonio.

Riots? San Antonio isn't a rioting city. There'd be riots all over LA, all right. But in SA, it'd be smiles and "oh well's" and street tacos and Whataburgers galore.

LOL at this post, the Lakers would have absolutely no problem agreeing to this trade, they would be celebrating with champagne if the Spurs were stupid enough to do this trade.

Spurs fans are too obese to riot tbh. Besides, most would be deported if arrested so they wouldn't want to risk rioting tbh.

They're not real Mexicans if they view going from Whataburger to huitlacoche tacos and chicken mole as a downgrade, tbh.

Danny Green was so, sooooo much better in #4. He has shot like shit since converting to #14. His already limited dribble drive game went down the toilet after the change, and his defense went from borderline elite to average.

He's no Bruce Bowen. He's barely Trenton Hassell or Adrian Griffin now.
