Update: Coach Jeff Van Gundy believes Yao has made strides improving his mobility, which, in his opinion, is more valuable than strength, the Houston Chronicle reports.
Recommendation: "He's strong enough," Van Gundy said. "I think mobility is always a bigger factor than sheer size. "That's what I've noticed at times from the first time I've coached him until now is his mobility is much better. He runs the floor much better both ways, (and) he moves his feet better."
