Update: Arenas sat out Thursday night's exhibition game against the Spurs with groin soreness, the Washington Post reports.
Recommendation: Arenas could sit out again for Saturday's game against Memphis as well, but his role with the team is secure and if he does sit, it will enable the Wizards to get a look at some other players.
