This is a problem. We got individuals who think they alone will save the US by informing us. The Snowden Effect. She needs to go to jail for the full 10 years. Snowden was not elected to office to make these decisions nor was he appointed by an elected official. So now we got the first known copy cat I guess. We need debate in Congress on how to handle these issues. There must be a channel for whistleblowers.
