He seems like a high-priced statue. The Spurs have that box checked.

The Knicks and/or Lakers should love him.

PG at three and Kawhi at the 4. Shut people down.

For the last time, a Point Guard is referred to as a 'one', not a 'three'

He is heading to the Lakers, or that is what most everyone says, but hell yeah! I would love to have him in our team!

1) He is one the few top 15 players available and is the same age as Kawhi!
2) Under Pop he will play much better defense, just like KD did under Kerr
3) He is a gifted offensive player, and we do desperately someone to take that burden off of Kawhi. If you think about it, for how long will KL be able to carry the load both on O and D for an extended period of time, and do that 90 to 100 games a year, every year????

Anyways, I would be happy with George Hill returning to the Spurs, he is my number one hope :)

Bottom line is, Kawhi needs help. He cannot carry that offensive and defensive load year in and year out. I'm sure he can do it, but for how long? I think his prime will shorten if he has to dominate on both offense and defense year in and year out for the Spurs to have a chance to win. Kawhi needs help. A true number two option (not LaMarcus - I'd never consider him anything more than a 3rd option after these playoffs) or preferably a 1B option would be ideal. I'd like Paul George for sure because he's very versatile.

Injury risk tho? I'd rather have jimmy butler somehow.

This was my wish-list at the last trade deadline of big name players that were possibly available.

Demarcus Cousins
Jimmy Butler
Paul George

I would have traded anyone not named Kawhi for one of those guys last trade deadline.

PG would be a nice number two next to Kawhi. It seems like he is committed to going back to LA though after next season.

Good luck to him if he wants to win anything soon.

I think he meant Paul George for PG not point guard,

In our system, we need three... At the same time.

Sign George Hill and then trade him for Paul George. lol, you think the Pacers would do that one again. I'd like another SF from them.

we don't have George Hill

I think George would more likely play for the spurs than the cavs (he hates lebron) or the Lakers (seriously? Moving from a bad team on the east to a bad one in the west?) He is nearing the end of his prime, and I think he realizes the havoc he and kawhi can wreak both offensively and defensively... And put Murray into that mix, our fast breaks will be deadly after their steals

In today's NBA? As many as you can get, tbh.

And yeah, Paul George would be a nice addition in our quest of dethroning the Warriors.
