Cleveland has been getting destroyed in this series when Lebron is off the floor..their bench has been historically bad in this series..

Richard Jefferson and Deron williams are the Danny Green and Patty Mills of their team. All useless against the Warriors

Lebron went to a team that hadn't competed in years ... four years and most players removed from a title - he was dominating the East along with Boston (and Magic for one year).

Durant went to a team that lucked into cap space because of Curry's ankles and a crazy spike in the cap that had just beaten him the prior year after he choked and itself was returning all core players from a title team just a year earlier.

Totally, totally different.

RJ was fine this series and actually played good man D. Played important minutes with Love in foul trouble. Deron was awful outside of game 4. And he's got way less of an excuse for sucking at a younger age.

Jesus. Lebum knew he couldnt win the east. He left. He teamed with 2 other stars who were arguably the best in their conference. He had other boners title chase with him... looking at you ray ray.

Durant wasnt going to win. He left to go to a team with arguably the best players in the conference. He took ring chasers with him.

Similarities, neither player could win without multiple superstars. Neither wanted to work to win. Thwy all did it behibd the guise of winning, and were too stupid to realized that shit aint helping legacy. Both thought they were better thab what they are due to winning a cheapened trophy...

Similarities a whole shit load.

Differences, cap.space.

Both are cheap. No one really repected any of lebums miami rings nor this one. Both are losers.

I'm saying one moved to a proven commodity, a 73 win team that only had to swap out Bogut and Barnes for him. Lebron, yes, went to a team with two other stars but the rest of the roster was barren and there were no guarantees. Yes, the Cleveland ring was more impressive for Lebron.

You're right on the parallel for leaving though. Lebron left a horribly mismanaged situation where the best player they managed to put next to him was Ilgauskas. That's a scary thought. Durant had Westbrook but he's probably not the easiest guy to play with and the Thunder made blunder after blunder. Not wanting to pay Harden an extra $8 million over four years. Perkins. Turning Reggie Jackson into Kanter and then overpaying him. Being cheap and drafting Huestis because he'd sign for less. Never wanting to creep into the tax. Turning Ibaka into Oladipo and paying him. List goes on and on.

RJ should've retired after winning the championship after playing well in last years finals.

D Will has always been a loser, and anyone who wanted him a few months ago had not seen him be decent at times on a bad Dallas team.

Haslem, chalmers, miller, turiaf, battier.... better role players than cavs current roster

I also think your concept of mismanagement is scapegoatish. Everyine knows that cle didnt make a move without lebrons okey doke. I also will say i think that was the case in okc as well. Shit market had no cred to be cheap without the goahead from russ and kd.

LOL at justifying/comparing Durbeta's epically, unprecedented-ly weak sauce move to anything any other MVP has ever done in the league, including lebron and the heat project
