:lol If it happens, so much for Lonzo being a "leader" this season. He'll be watching CP3 pound the ball every night!

That is, his main drawback ...and why i think if Spurs were smart and Clips dumb try to flip Lamarsha for Blake ...
yes spurs need PG help but if they belive in Deonte why not get a stopgap like Livingston or some other vet?

I'm with ya 'killa. I'm hoping CP3 is just using the Spurs for leverage and won't actually sign with them. Lord knows, Pop will try to swoon him, but I'd rather pass. While he's good in the last 7 seconds of the shot clock at creating (something the Spurs need), it's the other 17 that he's pounding the ball on the perimeter with everyone standing around that will drive me crazy, not to mention Leonard. I'd rather the Spurs develop Murray and get George Hill back on a modest contract (play him at 2 guard mostly and give him some ball handling duties to relieve pressure on Murray in spells) and trade LA for Paul George, even if it's just a 1 year rental. Spurs can then use the cap space next summer to go after 2 max FA's, with Kawhi, a young up and coming Murray, and Coach Pop as the draw.

Absolutely.
Cp3 completely overhyped.
Pop telling Dejon to pattern his game after CP3, stupid. Get with the times old man. The game is passing you by and it's getting super obvious.

They wouldn't need to convince the Clippers to take Aldridge. They could salary dump him and sign Griffin outright.
