Current and former NBA stars are in court Tuesday for the sentencing of Tim Duncan (http://m.mysanantonio.com/search/?action=search&channel=news%2Flocal&inlineLink=1&searchindex=solr&query=%22Tim+Duncan%22)'s former financial adviser.
Duncan, Sean Elliott (http://m.mysanantonio.com/search/?action=search&channel=news%2Flocal&inlineLink=1&searchindex=solr&query=%22Sean+Elliott%22), Kevin Garnett (http://m.mysanantonio.com/search/?action=search&channel=news%2Flocal&inlineLink=1&searchindex=solr&query=%22Kevin+Garnett%22), and Spurs Manu Ginobili (http://m.mysanantonio.com/search/?action=search&channel=news%2Flocal&inlineLink=1&searchindex=solr&query=%22Spurs+Manu+Ginobili%22), RC Buford and coach Gregg Popovich arrived at the federal courthouse Tuesday morning for the punishment of Charles Banks IV.
Banks, 49, of Atlanta, admitted he bamboozled Duncan into guaranteeing a $6 million loan used as part of an investment in a sports-merchandise company linked to Banks.

KG was an investor in Gameday. some of the money that TD was given as a line of credit was given to Garnett by Banks so that Banks could satisfy the $8,000,000 which KG had lost on his investment.

If a man stole millions from me then there would be a 80% chance I would kill him or have him killed. That just wouldn't sit too well with me.

I guess it's all relative though. I don't have millions. I hope to have millions when I retire. So yeah, if they stole the fruits of decades of my labor then I might take it there.

How do you do that?

I wired it to Mr. Bradford instead of the guy with the actual real estate license. Mr. Bradford was supposed to be doing my fix and flip project in good faith. But he took it and bought a harley, some escorts and ramen noodles.

I cant commit to calling that fun. But if you are seventy five and some douche bucket just stole your entire nest egg and erased 50 years of work then what do you have to really lose. Free rent and 3 square at that point to go to prison for it
