Can't wait for Lakerfan/Magic to delude themselves into thinking that he's going to leave the reigning MVP and a playoff team to go join Bust Ingram, LaVar and Longo, tbh.

Honestly, this locks George as a Laker in 2018 and you can quote and bump this for all I care. He's not going to stay in Oklahoma and he's not going to play second fiddle to Westbrook.

Good trade by OKC though. Oladipo doesn't fit and he's overpaid. Lol @ Indiana though. I think they did this to spite George, tbh.

Not even tripping tbh. This does two thangs IMO:

1) Cavs didn't get him. They have a massive payroll with virtually untradable overpaid players. So they stuck.

2) OKC > your Sp*rs. I'd love to see a best of 7 series with these two teams.

But hey, at least the East is weaker for the Kang. :)

Don't think he's a lock with the Lakers though. If Ingram, Lonzo and Randle continues their bust parade. Then I can definitely see George souring on the idea of joining a crappy team. Clippers would actually sound like a more viable option.

LeGOAT was the real Finals MVP and Curry was the Warriors' real MVP. Media only voted for Durbeta because they wanted to force the narrative that the Warriors "needed" him to win. They're still giving him a free pass on everything.

If Lonzo lives up to the hype I don't know why you guys would want Westbrook. I'm willing to bet PG will hate playing with him. It would be weird to see PG wanting to play with him again after next year in a different location but I'm assuming he will hate playing with Wesbrook.

What happened last year when "Playoff P" shot 5-21 against the Cavs in Game 4 to complete the sweep? Did Westbrook somehow "take him out of rhythm" that game, too?

Face it, Julio. Paul George is a choke artist.

Chris Fall
04-28-2018, 02:12 PM
Second consecutive post season, Westbrook shoots under 40% from the field. He doesn’t get a pass simply because he plays hard, stat pads rebounds, and led a 25 point comeback in game 5. You’d crucify Kobe for such scoring inefficiency and shooting that much. In fact, in 15 post season appearances, Kobe shot under 40% once, his rookie season. Yet you cock-grab Westbrook like a gold digging groupie.

That's today. What about on 4-28-2018?
That was pre-Leonard.

Pre-Leonard, Porker was taking trophies out of the case and handing them to the rest of the league. With Leonard he was a champion again.

Pre-Leonard, Lowry was legendary for his playoff disappearing acts. With Leonard, he rang.

Pre-Leonard, George was "Playoff Choker P." With Leonard...

In my opinion Lowry had a better playoff career before kawahi arrived than what PG has had. I think? Lol it’s pretty close

George had a few good series with indiana where they overachieved against the Heat iirc

Lowry had been just generally shitty in the playoffs prior to Leonard
