ducks is as usual underwater.
Has nothing to do with voter fraud, but legit voters not wanting their data uploaded to Krazy Kriz Kobach to be abused by Repugs and sold to know BigCorp
I would do this too if it wasn't for the fact that this is so ridiculous almost every state now has rejected the idea of giving away voter's information.

FAKE NEWS
Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williams is releasing publicly available voter information including full name, address, party affiliation and date the person registered, phone number, gender identity, birth year and voting history.
This is a massive overreach by the Trump people. Insane.

Personal voting records and personal social security numbers is publicly available?
Me thinks you need to retake whatever course you took to become a lawyer because I'm fairly certain the latter is not.

i'm just reading off your own quote in your last post, which specifically said publicly available information and certainly did not include social security numbers
and voting history is different than "personal voting record" they'll see when you've cast votes, not what you put on the ballot

Like I said when Trump started this up November 9th last:::It's to tamp down voter fraud. Keep it on the back burner and slow heat. Turn it up to Medium every six months, or, so until Summer of next year, then keep it at High thru the Election.
It's like he's done with the border. Scare the shit out of the Wets, keep 'em policing themselves afraid to travel up here from the shit holes, or, afraid to cross from the shit hole Mexico for fear your family will be split up. "It's all psychological, Martin. Somebody yells "Barracuda"---'huh, what.' You say ICE and we have a panic on the 4th of July."

It was on last night. You can't beat it. You can pick it up anywhere and it's a joy.
It's a shame Part 2 was utter garbage. It was fine till they turned it over to the kids. After that it was just an embarrassment.

It's a bowl of sour grapes by the Dems &&& Repubs alike to an interloper, a stranger in the room, an unwelcome entity, something new, a day that didn't go according to the script of infinite number of days before.

What's the matter, Kansas?
Kansas Just Launched An Investigation Into Architect Of Trump’s ‘Voter Fraud’ Unit
The Topeka Captial-Journal (http://cjonline.com/news/state-government/local/2017-07-17/kris-kobach-under-investigation-kansas-supreme-court) reports that Topeka resident Keri Strahler received a letter from the court confirming the investigation after she filed a complaint about what she alleges is Kobach’s persistent disrespect for the court. Strahler raised “ethical questions surrounding Mr. Kobach’s behavior as an attorney,” citing his misleading the court over documents he had provided to then President-Elect Trump.
Kobach has already been fined $1,000 for his deception over the documents, which Kobach was photographed carrying into his January meeting with Trump.
After the American Civil Liberties Union filed suit to access the documents, the Secretary of State told U.S. Magistrate Judge James O’Hara that he had no documents to provide — a clear lie.
In levying the fine, Judge O’Hara admonished Kobach’s “deceptive conduct and lack of candor.”
In addition to the Court’s investigation, Kobach has been accused of violating federal law (http://www.cnn.com/2017/07/03/politics/kris-kobach-hatch-act/index.html) by using his official duties with the Trump regime to benefit his gubernatorial campaign, and
his bogus “election integrity commission” — a thinly veiled means to disenfranchise minorities and likely Democratic voters — is being sued (https://action.aclu.org/secure/sham-voting-commission) by several entities for perpetuating Trump’s egomaniacal quest to claim a fraudulent victory in the popular vote last year.

I remember somebody in here, not a rightwingnut, saying Kobach was a good, solid guy. :lol
Obama was lawless? :lol
Kobach/Pence's fraudulent commission is being sued for violating privacy, for totally doxxing people who commented online against the commission.
